Shipping policy

We do not post or ship our boxes. Every box is delivered by hand to your accommodation, so it is waiting for you when you arrive.

WHERE WE DELIVER

In-room delivery is available for guests staying at:

• Abode with Escarpment Views, North Wollongong

• Whitewash Haus, Warilla

When you order, choose your stay and enter your check-in date.

WHEN TO ORDER

Please order at least 3 days before your check-in date. This gives us time to make up your box. If you need a box sooner, email us and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee it. If we cannot deliver in time, we will refund you in full.

DELIVERY COST

In-room delivery is included in the price of your box.

ON ARRIVAL

Your box will be in your accommodation at check-in. If you cannot find it, contact us straight away and we will sort it out.
