1. ABOUT US

This website is operated by JLO Pty Ltd (ABN 38 611 120 177), trading as Jade Louise Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. WHO CAN ORDER

Our pamper boxes are an add-on for guests with a confirmed booking at Abode with Escarpment Views (North Wollongong) or Whitewash Haus (Warilla). You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the stay or check-in date is incorrect, or we cannot deliver in time. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars. JLO Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Box contents may vary slightly depending on supplier availability. If we need to swap an item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.

6. DELIVERY

Boxes are delivered by hand to your accommodation before check-in, as described in our Delivery Policy.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. SAFE USE

• Candles: never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable. Burn on a heat-proof surface.

• Skincare and bath products: for external use only. Check the ingredients and patch test before use. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

• Bath products may make surfaces slippery. Please take care getting in and out of the bath and rinse the bath after use.

• Products are not intended for children.

9. OUR LIABILITY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by using products against these instructions.

10. WEBSITE CONTENT

All text, images, names and branding on this website belong to Jade Louise Collective and may not be copied without our permission.

11. PRIVACY

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order applies to your order.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
